Apollo.io
If you suspect Apollo.io gets expensive once the whole team needs a login, the seat count confirms it: four people on Apollo Basic cost 4 x $65 = $260 a month on monthly billing, while Hunter's Starter plan at $49 a month lets all four share 2,000 credits, per the Apollo and Hunter pricing pages checked on 26 October.
RocketReach
At $408 and $399 a year, Hunter Starter and RocketReach Essentials cost almost the same, and what they buy is far apart: 24,000 credits at Hunter, each one a found email, against 1,200 exported contacts at RocketReach, per the Hunter and RocketReach pricing pages checked on 26 October 2026.
