Motion alternatives
By Joris van Huët · each comparison from the vendors' own pricing and help pages, prices dated on the page
The short answer: 4 tools are compared with Motion on this site, and the line under each one is the verdict from its comparison: who should pick which, with the figures that decide it on the comparison itself. Read the one that names your job. What Motion costs and who it suits is in its entry, and how to use Motion walks through one job with it.

Marblism
If the work that never happens is the posting, the inbox and the follow-up calls, Marblism does it: 50 hours of AI work a month cost $44 on monthly billing, which Marblism says covers 30+ social posts or 8 to 10 blog posts (pricing article).
monday.com
If a five-person team's launches slip because nobody's week has room for the tasks, Motion books every task into each person's calendar and re-plans when meetings land, for 5 x $19 = $95 a month on Pro AI billed annually (Motion pricing).
Notion
If your tasks already live in Notion and the trouble is that none of them ever get time on the calendar, try the free fix first: Notion Calendar comes with Notion's free plan, shows every dated item from a connected database, and lets you drag each one into a slot (Notion pricing, Calendar guide).
Reclaim.ai
You are not misreading it: Reclaim's homepage still says its AI Tasks schedule your tasks to the calendar by priority, while its help article for accounts opened since May 2026 says Reclaim surfaces tasks inside time you have already protected instead of creating an event for each one (homepage, tasks article).
