HubSpot alternatives
By Joris van Huët · each comparison from the vendors' own pricing and help pages, prices dated on the page
The short answer: 18 tools are compared with HubSpot on this site, and the line under each one is the verdict from its comparison: who should pick which, with the figures that decide it on the comparison itself. Read the one that names your job. What HubSpot costs and who it suits is in its entry, and how to use HubSpot walks through one job with it.

ActiveCampaign
A marketing team of up to three people that needs deep email automation for 5,000 contacts gets it from ActiveCampaign Pro at $205 a month billed yearly, with 3 users, predictive sending and conditional content included (ActiveCampaign pricing).
ActiveCampaign vs HubSpot: Automation Depth or One Shared CRM
Attio
If six people sell to other companies and one of them will build the workflows, pick Attio: Pro costs $79 per seat a month billed annually and lets you shape the objects, attributes and agent steps yourself, per Attio's pricing page.
Capsule
Choose HubSpot if marketing is half the job: its Starter bundle puts sales, service and Marketing Hub Starter with 1,000 marketing contacts behind one seat price, on the Free Tools and Starter page.
Close
If four reps spend their day phoning inbound leads, Close is built for that day: Growth, at $99 per user a month billed annually, puts a power dialer, workflows and bulk email inside the CRM, per Close's pricing page.
Constant Contact
If one or two people send newsletters and run ticketed events for a list, and nobody in sales needs the same contact record, Constant Contact is the smaller, closer tool: events, invitations and ticket payments sit in the email account, with its own 3.5% fee on tickets for events created from 1 August (event payments.
Copper
Choose HubSpot when the inbox is not the centre of the work: its free tools cover two users, and its Sales Hub grows from Starter at $7 a seat billed annually into a platform with marketing and service hubs.
EngageBay
With four people doing the marketing and a list under 5,000 contacts, you are buying automation on a budget, and EngageBay's Growth plan puts marketing automation and 25,000 branded emails behind $64.99 per user a month on monthly billing, per its pricing page.
folk
Four hundred investors, partners or key accounts is a list you tend by hand, not a funnel, and folk is built for tending: Standard at $24 per member a month billed annually covers LinkedIn capture, enrichment, AI fields and email campaigns, per folk's pricing page.
Freshworks
Choose HubSpot when marketing, sales and service must act on one customer record rather than two linked ones.
HighLevel
If you run an agency with twelve local-service clients, you are choosing a business model more than a CRM, and HighLevel's Unlimited plan, $297 a month for unlimited sub-accounts, contacts and users, is built for it, per HighLevel's pricing page.
Hootsuite
If your company already pays for HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional, its social tool is in the bill: up to 50 connected accounts, 10,000 posts a month, and comments you match to a contact land on that contact's timeline, per the HubSpot pricing page and its contact matching guide, checked on 26 October 2026.
Keap
An owner-led service business that wants every enquiry followed up, booked, quoted, invoiced and paid by one system, and wants someone to build it, fits Keap: one plan from $299 a month for 2 users and 1,500 contacts, plus a required one-time implementation package shown at $500, per Keap's pricing page and its.
monday.com
If your team already plans campaigns and projects on monday.com boards and wants deals beside that work, monday CRM keeps them in the same workspace, from $17 per seat a month billed annually on Standard with a 3-seat minimum, per its CRM pricing page.
Ontraport
If your business sells courses, memberships or subscriptions from its own pages and one small team runs both marketing and sales, Ontraport keeps the checkout, the automation and the contact record in one system, from $99 a month billed monthly at up to 500 contacts and one user on its pricing page.
Pipedrive
If five reps need email sequences and automations and nobody else needs the CRM, Pipedrive puts both in its Growth plan at $39 per seat a month billed annually, per its pricing page.
Salesflare
You are not imagining the admin problem. In a B2B sales team of two to five people, typing contacts and meeting notes into a CRM is the job that slips first, and Salesflare is built to fill records from your inbox, calendar and email signatures instead, from $29 per user a month billed annually on its pricing page.
Salesforce
Choose Salesforce when you have, or will hire, someone to own the configuration, and the sales process needs the depth its editions sell: Pro Suite at $100 per user a month on an annual contract, and Sales Cloud editions from $195, per Salesforce's pricing page.
Zoho CRM
Choose Zoho if someone on your side will configure it; choose HubSpot if you want marketing, sales and service ready-made on one record.
